  1. When searching for "How to use/install My Passport" I expected to see just that. This video doesn't show the plugging in of the drive, the set up of the drive, nor how to set up security. Don't label something how to use/install if it doesn't show how to USE OR INSTALL.

  2. THANK YOU…I am tech illiterate and spent a whole day trying to figure out why my WD passport was read only no matter what I did…followed instructions to the letter and nothing…after watching your video, which was easy to follow and very helpful, I am able to use my external drive and also back up my MacAir. Again many thanks, your video is very useful for older people like myself.

  3. I found this extremely helpful, thank you! I needed to know how to format my new external drive for general use, and then to learn how to partition it making it useful for my mac, TimeMachine AND PC… brilliant. The details you share here helped me to feel safe to make changes to the new drive knowing I wouldn't mess it up. Now, a few hours later, I feel brave enough to play with changing the format of one partition from journaled to journaled encrypted. Fabulous!

  4. get to the point of what you are trying to say and not mumble about this or that is you wanna do this. this is for mac so dont go on about doing something ells if you wanna do it for windows. keep that for the windows video
