  1. @fernii09 I just had that problem a couple hours ago and I spent all night trying to fix it. I actually came back here to see if anyone had the problem I had so I could help them. Anyway, iTunes keeped telling me "not eligible" after I clicked restore so what you need to do is uninstall iTunes and download it again and click restore again and it'l work that time like it did for me. Everyone please give this comment a thumbs up so that other people having this problem can see it.

    go 2 program files
    go 2 common files
    go 2 apple
    go 2 apple application support
    right click on the blackra1n icon and click cut
    go 2 apple application support and right click on a blank area and click paste
    then open blackra1n
