  1. OMFG!!!!! This one works!!!!! FINALLY I HAVE TWRP AFTER FREAKIN CM INSTALLED CRAPPY CM RECOVERY AFTER I FLASHED A ROM! CM RECOVERY DOESN'T EVEN SUCCEED IN FLASHING ANYTHING. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR  THIS VIDEO!!!

  2. this is what I get:

    sending 'boot' (6124 KB)…
    OKAY [  1.071s]
    writing 'boot'…
    OKAY [  1.476s]
    finished. total time: 2.547s

But it never actually boots after that, I flashed the ViperOneS rom and followed these steps, what can I do? (the boot.img used was extracted from the rom.zip too)
